Adventure and healing balm for body, mind and spirit

The entire program allows private time to reflect on Hawaii's and Kauai's wonder. All activities are weather permitting and subject to change to accommodate you in the best way possible.

Day 1:
Arrive at Hilo, Hawaii. Greet the Ocean, Allow the island to welcome you.

Day 2:
Visit Volcano National Park, Museum and Crater explorations.

Day 3:
Hike in lava landscapes. Experience the active lava flow.

Day 4:
Discover Papaya plantations, lava trees and black sand beaches; bathe in a natural thermal pond. Close by is Kalapana, a village that has been covered with lava. Connect with Hawaiian Elder, Kahuna Ikaika.

Day 5:
Choose to explore the waterfalls on the North Shore, or the macadamia and coffee plantations on the South Shore on the way to South Kona.

Day 6:
Morning swim with dolphins (if lucky) and snorkeling with turtles. Take in the cultural site Honaunau and relax on the beach.

Day 7:
Morning swim with dolphins, shop or "hang loose", fly from Kona to Kauai.

Day 8:
Kauai Sunrise, Orientation, enjoy the sites along the sacred Wailua river, with possible waterfall hike or canoe trip.

Day 9:
Coastline cruise with interactive stops at the sunny south beaches and along Kauai's Grand Canyon.

Day 10:
Boat tour to the majestic Napali Coast. Visit with Hawaiian Elder, Kumu Hula Puna.

Day 11:
Explore the delightful north shore beaches, scenery, the Lighthouse, Kauai's bird sanctuary. (There is an incredible view here!)

Day 12:
Treat yourself to a restful reflective day on the beach, massages or other healing treatments.

Day 13:
Inpidual needs as well as group desires will be taken into account to conclude your experience on the islands.
